Corkscrews (a.k.a Fusilloni)

A large version of fusilli. Its corkscrew shape and rough texture allows it to hold both creamy and chunky sauces very well. When cooked this pasta is very large, swelling two to three times its original size. Really perfect for composed dishes and pasta salads.
