Corn and rice accordions are already on our shelves and selling strong.
Please note that the pasta is made of 100% gluten free ingredients. Yet, it is made in a facility that handles all kind of flours and so cannot be certified as “gluten free”.
It is perfectly suitable for manageable forms of gluten intolerance but not for individuals with severe allergies or celiac disease.
Corn & Rice accordions:
They cook in 4-5 minutes and have a texture comparable to semolina. They really taste like classic noodles and carry along the quality that we dedicate to all of our wheat pasta.
We use organic fine cornmeal and rice of the best quality we could source locally (Koda Farms) plus a few more key ingredients to ensure texture is maintained, mostly starches and gums of natural origin.
We kid you not, these are great! We love them with spinach and crumbled goat cheese or spring peas and smoked ham…
