Mohawks (a.k.a Creste di Gallo)

Mohawks (a.k.a. Creste di gallo) are curly, medium-ribbed pasta that resembles a roosters crest. They have all we can think of in terms of sauce-retention devices. Good in pasta salads as well, they’ll add a touch of design to your dishes.
