Nutshells are our smooth version of a traditional pasta shape from Puglia, Italy’s heel. Our don’t have the classic ridges and we have a more domed shape than the classic one. Nevertheless, match them with broccoli raab and garlic and you won’t see the difference. These guys will scoop even the runniest sauce, nuff said.
