Battle of the Chefs, March 19th

The Italian Cultural Institute, the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club and FIERI in collaboration with Viola Buitoni presents a friendly competition among chefs from the three main areas of Italy that will satisfy your palate and pique your curiosity.

  • Michele Belotti from Ristobar will fight for the North
  • Rutilio Duran of C’Era Una Volta will champion the pride of Central Italy
  • Massimo Covello will prove that Southern Italian cooking is hard to beat
