Our Corn-Rice Pasta is back!

It took some time to perfect our recipe (and to gather all the ingredients), but we are proud to announce that the yellow corn and rice accordions are finally back! You can find them in our store and in our stall at farmers markets (Sunday at Temescal in Oakland and at California Avenue in Palo Alto).

It is the perfect product for all those who want to eat less gluten.

Please note: this pasta is not for celiacs as it is produced in the same facility where we manufacture all durum-wheat and spelt based noodles.

In the coming weeks we will start posting some of our opinions and some facts about this gluten-free craze.

For the moment, though, we are happy to be able to offer this pasta.

Also - very important- our mac&cheese will be back this Sunday morning for our customers in Jack London Square.
