WOOT! We have been interviewed by the prestigious Italian food and wine magazine Gambero Rosso.

So flattering, thank you Andrea! It was a nice conversation with you and you were able to distill the essence of Baia Pasta: respect for the grains, artisanal pasta-making techniques and a touch of teenage spirit. ^_^
