Ringlets (a.k.a. Casarecce)
Ringlets are shaped like a narrow, twisted and rolled ridged double tube. This is our all-round pasta and goes virtually with any sauce and casserole. The brass extrusion and the ridges make them a sauce magnet, guarantee.
