Sardinians (a.k.a Gnocchetti Sardi)

Sardinians are native to the island of Sardegna in Italy. They are the perfect scoop for hearty sauces of ground lamb, beef and pork, which clings to the heavily ridge pasta shape. Plus, they’re small and kid-friendly. Mac’n’cheese is guaranteed to rock.
